The Hudson River Valley offers visitors vast scenes of natural beauty, rich culture, and fascinating history. Several key battles of the American Revolutionary War took place in the region centuries ago, and in more recent history, countless painters from across the United States and around the globe have found artistic inspiration in the valley’s brilliant scenery. Join the Historical Society of Michigan’s “Michiganders on the Road” for our 9-day, 8-night Painters and Patriots: Hudson River Valley Tour from July 12 to July 20, 2019.
