PLEASE NOTE: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic which has temporarily reduced on-site staffing at the Historical Society of Michigan, along with the near total closure of the plant which makes Centennial Farm signs, we are pausing all application processing until February 1, 2021.

Applications processed before November 1, 2020 for which signs were ordered: applicants will not receive their sign(s) until the manufacturing plant is staffed again and can make them.  This is outside of our control. We appreciate your patience.

Listed below are the applications required to secure Centennial and/or Sesquicentennial status.

If your original sign is damaged, you may order a replacement sign using the following order form. Please note that a farm must still meet the requirements for Centennial Farm status to qualify for a replacement sign. (Please review the Centennial Farm Brochure for details.)
